Subscription Terms
When you enable automatic renewal, your use behavior will be deemed as your consent to the personal service and various statements made by the Proxy VPN in the personal service.
The Proxy VPN automatic renewal service includes monthly subscription and 12-month subscription, and will continue to add new automatic renewal services according to user needs. By using the automatic renewal service, you can regularly obtain the following Proxy VPN services. Unless otherwise notified by the Proxy VPN, the validity period of the above Proxy VPN services is calculated as a natural day.
Proxy VPN main automatic renewal service includes monthly subscription and 12-month subscription, and will continue to add new automatic renewal services according to user needs. Unless otherwise notified by the Proxy VPN host, the validity period of the above Proxy VPN host service is calculated as a natural day.
- Automatic renewal refers to the deduction method of charging the fee of the next billing cycle through the above account. You need to ensure that the Proxy VPN can successfully deduct the loan from the above account. You are responsible for the failure of renewal due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account.
- If there is any error in the deduction process, Proxy VPN and you shall cooperate closely to ascertain the reasons, and each shall bear the losses caused by its own fault; if the losses caused by the unequal ambiguity of the two parties, the two parties shall bear corresponding responsibilities according to the degree of fault; If both parties are jointly responsible, the two parties share the responsibility equally.
- If you start the service from IOS, when your VPN host membership is about to expire, you are deemed to have authorized the VPN host to deduct the service fee of the next billing cycle from your iTunes account balance. The billing cycle includes but is not limited to monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.
Unless otherwise specified in the Proxy VPN, the automatic renewal service you receive will be valid for a long time.
If you choose not to cancel, it will be deemed that you agree that the Proxy VPN will make an unplanned debit attempt according to this agreement. Once the debit is successful, the Proxy VPN will open the automatic renewal of the next billing cycle for you. If the price of Proxy VPN service is adjusted before automatic renewal, the current effective price shall prevail.
Proxy VPN reminds you that when you choose to use the automatic renewal service and Proxy VPN will charge your default payment method through the automatic renewal service, Proxy VPN will choose to subscribe to the payment service related to Proxy VPN. Therefore, the Proxy VPN will not refund the fees you paid in any way.
Click "Manage Current Subscription" or the auto renewal product that you turned on via your Apple ID, "Settings" → "iTunes Store and App Store" → "Apple ID" → "View Apple ID" → click "Subscribe" on the account settings page → Cancel Proxy VPN subscription.
Tips: The cancellation of the auto renewal plan will not affect your current membership. And the membership will not be renewed after expiration.
Before you choose to terminate the service, the order that you entrust Proxy VPN to automatically renew your debit card is still valid, and Proxy VPN will not refund the fees deducted according to the order.
This Agreement shall become effective after you choose to accept or use the Service until terminated by termination of the Service/Revocation of Membership.
